The following Terms of Service ("TOS") define the rules applicable to the use of the application.

Acceptance

By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms of Service and agree to comply with them.

The use of the application also implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the use you make of the application and the information you choose to record in it.

You particularly commit to:

provide accurate information when required
keep your login credentials confidential
not use the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes
not attempt to disrupt, damage or compromise the functioning or security of the application
not attempt to access the data or accounts of other users
not import content whose use or diffusion would violate the rights of a third party

You are responsible for the contents and data you add to the application.

Services

The application allows users to manage and organize their collections and the information associated with them.

The features available may evolve over time.

The application is provided for personal use and non-commercial purposes. No paid subscription, commercial service or guarantee of permanent availability is offered, unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

The application, its source code, its interface, its texts, its graphics, its logos, its icons and its other elements are protected by the applicable provisions on intellectual property, unless otherwise stated.

These elements cannot be reproduced, modified, distributed or exploited without prior authorization when required.

The contents you add to the application remain under your responsibility and remain the property of their authors or beneficiaries.

You grant to the application only the technical rights necessary to store, process and display the contents you choose to record in it.

Access to the application

Access to the application is reserved for users who have received an invitation link.

The account is personal. You must not share your credentials.

In case of breach of these conditions, the publisher may suspend or delete access to the account.

Availability of the service

The application is provided "as is".

The publisher does its best to keep the application accessible and functional, but cannot guarantee that it will be available continuously or without interruption.

Limitation of liability

As the application is provided for personal and non-commercial use, it is provided without any particular warranty as to its availability, continuity or absence of errors.

Within the limits allowed by the applicable legislation, the publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting in particular from:

an interruption or temporary unavailability of the service
a loss of data resulting from a technical problem or a failure independent of the publisher
an incorrect use of the application
the contents or information added by users
problems arising from services or third-party infrastructure, including hosting

This limitation does not apply when the publisher liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Modification of the TOS

The Terms of Service may be modified at any time to take into account the evolution of the application, its features or the applicable legislation.

By continuing to use the application after a modification of the TOS, you accept the new version of the conditions.

Applicable law

The Terms of Service are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of consumer protection which may apply in the country of residence of the user.

In case of dispute, the user and the publisher will first attempt to find an amicable solution.

In case of failure to find an amicable solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
